Congregational Outing

There will be a Congregational Outing on Saturday, 27th August.
The plan is to visit the Samye Ling Buddhist Centre in Dumfriesshire, spend some free time in Moffat and joining together for a meal before returning home.
As we will use one of the Community Mini-Buses and Cars, the cost of the Bus will depend on the number of people going.
If you would like to join this outing, and have not already done so, please give your name to David McMahon.

Wall repairs complete.

After almost two and a half years the boundary wall at Auchincruive Church has now been fully repaired and restored by South Ayrshire Council. A new pavement has been constructed and the road is now completely open with kerbside parking available.
We also now have a new Notice Board in place. Hand-built in Oak by Tom Mitchell of A.S. Melville, Joiners, Troon it is the same design as our Notice Board which was recently installed at Dalmilling Church, The distinctive lettering on both Boards was carried out by John Coates, Sign-Writer, Troon.

Teddy Bear Tots Picnic

On the last day of the session, the group held a Teddy Bears Picnic. We had hoped to have this outside, but the rain beat us. We had a Bouncy Castle in the Church Hall which everyone enjoyed – even some of the big people! Before we had the picnic we played games with our new parachute until Nathan decided it would be a good idea to jump into the middle of it!
After we had lots of food at the picnic (thanks to Kirsty) we had fun with bubbles and ball games until it was time to go home.

Have a good summer everyone and see you on 24th August when we come back.
