A Snow Angel A Snow Angel
Have you ever made a snow angel? There are sensations of the cold, sharp, crisp, wet feeling of the snow.
The image that was created from these moments of enjoyment was one of angels' wings spread out and this to me represented my inner self opening my arms to God and embracing all that He has planned for me in my life. The far from perfect image created in the white snow and ice, made it more poignant that God's love is one of pure delight.
God calls each and every one of us personally to come to Him and enjoy His delightful creation and to trust in Him for the next stage of our journey. During Advent may we want to spread out our arms and again say to Him
"Here I am, ready to embrace and delight in the wonders of your calling".
